Abstract

The object of this study is the sense and scope of this thesis. The immediate context of this affirmation holds the necessity that democracies have solid juridical orders, founded upon the recognition of human rights.

Author Biography

Jesús Villagrasa LC, Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum

He holds a PhD in philosophy from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum, a degree in theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum and a degree in Bioethics from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum (2002-2003). Since 1999 he has been an ordinary professor of Metaphysics at the faculty of philosophy of the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. He has been Director of the Office of Quality and the Evaluation Core (2009-2013). On 31 January 2012, the Pontifical Delegate appointed him general counsel and follows up the Network of Schools and Universities of Regnum Christi. Since August 2013 he serves as rector of the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum.
