Abstract

This article refers to the phenomenological study on the experience of God in the thought of Edmund Husserl´s discipline. Edith Stein, the German philosopher, lives an approach to religious life with Max Scheler from his first years of formation in Göttingen. After ceasing to be the assistant of Husserl and with a clear knowledge of phenomenology, manifested in her doctoral thesis On the Problem of Empathy, is dedicated to her own reflection in writings as Psychic Causation and Introduction to Philosophy, which
describes The experience of God with an almost mystical clarity without being a baptized woman. Castilian mysticism will be another column in her own process of conversion, after reading Saint Teresa of Jesus, she will find true faith. The experience of God will be the ascent of the finite being in the eternal being, the work of greatest impact and the rewriting of his work Act and Power. Stein's philosophy is a product of his own experiences, of a place that has a special attention and a phenomenological study on the  experience of God in his thought.
