Abstract
En la primera parte de este número de Iuris Tantum, denominado “Sección de Derecho Mercantil”, se presentan algunos estudios comparativos entre las legislaciones mexicana y española, donde se abordan aspectos relacionados precisamente sobre la sociedad mercantil.
