Abstract
Llama poderosamente la atención para cualquier interesado en la materia, la evidente omisión tanto de la jurisprudencia como de la doctrina Mexicana, en tratar siquiera someramente, el problema de la Jerarquía de la Constitución, en relación con otras normas axiológicas.
