Logical framework methodology used to design a program that promotes girls’ participation in STEM through family influence
Main Article Content
Abstract
The persistent gender gap in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) remains a significant challenge in global education. Despite various contributions, women continue to be underrepresented in these disciplines. The InFamiSTEM program proposes an innovative strategy, based on family influence, to encourage and support girls’ participation in STEM. The program’s rigorous design is created using the Logical Framework Methodology, aligning it with future education trends and challenges. Through this proposal, the goal is to transform both educational policies and family structures, creating a more inclusive and equitable environment for future generations.
