Resumen

El acceso al asilo en la frontera México–EU ha sido crecientemente mediado por plataformas digitales como CBP One. Este artículo analiza al CBP One como infraestructura comunicativa que condiciona el acceso al asilo mediante decisiones de diseño como idiomas disponibles, autenticación biométrica, asignación aleatoria de citas y requisitos de conectividad. A partir de una auditoría de accesibilidad, pruebas de caja negra y análisis de contenido de documentación oficial, se contrasta lo normativo con la experiencia de uso y evidencias externas. Se encuentran barreras sistemáticas que producen acceso diferenciado por idioma, recursos tecnológicos y condiciones materiales de espera, en línea con reportes independientes y auditorías gubernamentales. Este estudio contribuye a la discusión sobre justicia lingüística y gobernanza algorítmica en contextos fronterizos.
