Regulatory power of bodies with constitutional autonomy

Abstract
Through two precedents, the Supreme Court of Justice recognized INAI the faculty to establish regulation in both substantive and adjective matters, in regarding to data protection in possession of particular entities. The theoretical and normative support relies on the nature of the agency as constitutionally autonomous.
