Abstract

Es indudable que todo el derecho actual tiene un profundo contenido romanista y particularmente del derecho civil moderno, ya que esta rama de la ciencia jurídica constituye el mejor ejemplo de como el pensamiento de los romanos ha logrado sobrevivir.
