Abstract
Entre las múltiples cuestiones de interés nacional que suelen plantearse en reuniones públicas, discursos de candidatos presidenciales, juntas de trabajo y demás eventos similares, destacan dos fundamentales, a saber, la relativa a la democratización de nuestro pueblo y la concerniente al fortalecimiento del régimen federal y municipal.
