Abstract

At present, the jurist needs to be trained not only in the adversarial schemes, but also in the visions of cooperation and promotion of the culture of peace, which do not seek to relegate the personal perspective of the conflict, but to generate collaborative, responsible and constructive behavior, which allows the parties to
assume their obligations on the basis of mutual interests, in order to propose solutions that can be participatory and participatory. This approach, which aims to challenge existing paradigms, requires modifying the undergraduate curriculum to accommodate a new subject: collaborative law.
