ANALYSIS AND PROGRESS IN THE APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 1 OF THE POLITICAL CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES

Abstract

Derived from the constitutional reform in the United Mexican States of June 10, 2011 in the field of human rights, the country has experienced substantial changes in the delivery of justice, as well as normative interpretation for the benefit of society, although it is true, This reform was promoted in the interest of the country being at the forefront of human rights, and it was also an immediate application that brought with it shortcomings in infrastructures for the broad application of human rights enshrined in the Constitution. As the lack of updating of the public servants of justice, which brought about the delay in the application of said
rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the globalizing trend in human rights in the world urged the Mexican State to update itself at an accelerated pace, so that it was timely to emphasize and immediately apply the principles enshrined in the Constitution itself in its Constitutional Article 1, as well as create jurisprudential
precedents that would support the acceleration in the application of human rights in Mexico. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is important to highlight that the experience for the attorneys as well as the applicant lawyers has been complicated, as we are currently facing a serious problem in human rights violations in constant struggle with the updating in legal interpretation, being responsible for both the social sector and the State itself.
