In the first volume of 2019, corresponding to the month of June, Iuris Tantum presents the monograph "Alternative Justice", coordinated by Dr. Eréndira Salgado Ledesma, in which articles by prominent Mexican and Spanish law professionals are incorporated, addressing issues such as arbitration, conciliation, collaborative law and ethics in restorative medication. An account is presented on the application of alternative justice in Mexico, as well as criminal mediation in Spain.
